How do I add more users or upgrade my account?

We offer significant discounts for multi-user and multi-year subscriptions. If you are on a monthly rolling contract, you could save even more on an annual subscription. Get in touch to arrange the best subscription for you.

I have a suggestion for an improvement to the database

Nothing is more useful to us than feedback from our users. Please send all suggestions for ways in which we can improve the dataset or the user interface here and we will look into your ideas closely.

I have an idea for an event

We run events in different formats, on various areas of technology and aspects of innovation management, throughout the year. If you have a topic that you think we should use as the basis of an event, please get in touch and we would be happy to see if we can build it into the schedule.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

If you have signed up online, then your recurring payments are taken monthly or annually, depending on the type of subscription taken. Subscribers may cancel at any time by logging in to the WorldPay system and the subscription will run until the end of the period for which you have subscribed. WorldPay refer to these payments as ‘Future Pay’.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds as the value of our service is in the data we have collected and collated. If you happen to find what you want on the first search, then we have done a great job! If you are not sure how much use you will make of the database throughout the year, then the best option is to take a monthly subscription, which you can then cancel easily mid-year.
